Co-founder / Chairwoman / Director
Līva is an experienced specialist in the work and management of non-governmental organizations, with primary areas of focus in business development, creative industries, and innovation. She is also the project manager of the initiative “Create!” and has been actively involved in the development of the creative industry in Latvia since 2017. She has experience in moderating conferences, as well as organizing them, and she holds a master's degree in political science from the University of Latvia.
Co-founder / Expert
Ragnar is an internationally recognized expert in cultural policy and the creative economy. He has provided consulting services in the development of cultural policy and creative economy strategies in many countries around the world. Ragnar is a former Deputy General Director of the Arts Department at the Ministry of Culture, a senior expert in the cultural sector of the EU Eastern Partnership, and a member and chair of several European working groups. He is a master of debate in Estonia and the founder of the Academy of Public Performance. Ragnar's doctoral studies focus on the development of creative cities.
Project manager
Anna has many years of experience in EU fund administration, project management, and financial analysis. She has been involved in several research projects and has developed and led different scale projects, including international projects. Anna's interest lies in the development of cultural and urban environments, as well as youth issues.
Project manager
Vita Brakovska has extensive experience in leading training and interactive events in the fields of technology and new product development, change management, and human resource development. Her competencies are based on a master's degree in business, doctoral studies in engineering, and practical experience in implementing innovation policy in the public (including NGOs) and private sectors. Over the course of 15 years, she has developed content and led more than 1,800 events (including guest lectures, seminars, workshops, public consultations, hackathons, etc.), targeting residents, entrepreneurs, employees of state and local government institutions, representatives of the cultural and creative industries, the education sector, as well as seniors and youth from various age groups.
